Terms of Service
Terms of Service for Pig Gigs, LLC: Read all Terms prior to making payment.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Additional services may be added at a later date.
Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the event, so that Pig Gigs has sufficient time to book another event on that date. Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the event will result in a full refund or credit for future bookings. Cancellations that occur with less than 10 days notice will result in forfeiture of funds.
Changes must be made at least 10 days prior to the event, so that Pig Gigs has sufficient time to book another event on that date. Changes made at least 10 days prior to the event will result in a full refund or credit for future bookings. Changes to the event with less than 10 days notice are not permitted.
When changing or cancelling an event with 10 days notice or more, the customer has the choice of a full refund or receive credit for a future event without penalty. All credit must be used within two years from the date of the original booking, otherwise the credit will be forfeited. Also, when using credit for future events, the full dollar amount will be applied to whatever the prices and services are available at that time.
If Pig Gigs cancels an event, the customer will have the choice of a full refund or a change of date. Pig Gigs understands that cancelling or changing a scheduled event is extremely troublesome, and will only do so when absolutely necessary, and with as much advance notice as possible. Pig Gigs reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason, including the pigs’ health, public health concerns, or other business considerations. Cancellations by Pig Gigs will not be subject to additional reimbursement or compensation to the customer, other than a full refund or change of date.
Weather- Pig Gigs only performs outdoors during mild temperatures. The outdoor temperature during the event must be between 50-90 degrees. Additionally, if the temperature is over 80 degrees, the venue must be shaded. If there is rain, the outdoor venue must be covered. High winds, rain, snow, or other conditions, as determined by Pig Gigs, will require the event to be moved indoors. Customers booking an outdoor event should have an indoor venue available as contingency. If an event cannot be completed due to weather, it will be cancelled. The customer may receive a credit for future bookings.
Pets- No dogs, cats, or other animals are permitted near the event area, unless approved by the staff.
Cooperation- The paying customer is responsible for guests and surroundings at the event. Harassment or agitation toward the pigs or staff will cause the event to terminate early if the matter cannot be rectified by the paying customer. In this case, there will be no refunds, credits, or other accommodations.
Liability for injury, incidents, and damage- Please read carefully. This limits the liability of Pig Gigs, LLC. There is a risk involved when interacting with animals. Having an event with pigs may result in unexpected outcomes, due to the nature of working with animals and other unexpected matters. Pig Gigs is not responsible for injuries or damages that occur before, during, or after events. This includes injuries incurred by the pigs such as bites, scratches, scrapes, tripping, disease, death, and more.
The pigs live in our home. They are potty-trained and do not have accidents in the house. If baby piglets are at your event, they can sometimes have accidents indoors while potty-training is still being developed. The customer accepts the possibility that an accident may occur indoors.
Resort fees- Events that take place at a major resort, a casino on Las Vegas Blvd, or a downtown casino will require an additional fee, which is payable at the time of booking. This fee contributes to parking, access, time, and other matters.
Photo and Video Release: By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you are authorizing Pig Gigs to use photos and videos of you and your dependents. These will only be used to promote Pig Gigs and show guest interactions. Images will not be sold, in any way. If somebody in your party strike this portion of the agreement, it will be waived and this paragraph will not apply. The customer must agree to the Terms of Service at the time of booking. If you do not wish to have photos/videos published, please contact Pig Gigs after making the booking.
What to Expect:
· Requirements: Pig Gigs provides everything that is needed to kick your party up a notch. All we need is an area to perform in. Floor space larger than 4’x10’ (about the size of a large picnic table) is required, and preferably bigger. We also need an area for crated pigs that is nearby, but tucked out of view. Examples: Large living room, backyard, park, auditorium, gym, boardroom, any area with a stage, rec center, clubhouse, church, conference room, gazebo, or a dripping mud pit.
· If your event requires a long walk from the unloading area, assistance may be required by you to transport items, as the pigs cannot be left unattended.
· The pigs are clean and healthy. They live inside of our home. They are potty-trained and do not have accidents inside. However, please be aware that a potty accident is still a possibility.
· The pigs can perform outdoors when the temperature is 60-90 degrees. Otherwise, they must be indoors.
· No dogs or other animals are permitted in the area. Exceptions can be made at the time of the event, depending on the excitability of your dog or other animal. Our pigs live with dogs, so they don’t pay much attention when dogs are around. However, some dogs become overly friendly and curious with pigs (kinda like humans do). Energetic and aggressive dogs need to kept away at all times.
· At the time of your booking, you have the opportunity to add additional time to your event. For events that are more than two hours, contact us and we will arrange all accommodations.
· At the time of your booking, you can add on Pig Racing (a table-top carnival game). It’s a little on the funny side seeing how the adults are more captivated by it that the kiddo’s.
· For every 60 minutes of the event, the pigs may take a 10 minute break. This may be required, depending on the amount of noise, loud music, fast-moving objects (such as carnival rides, motorcycles), over-stimulation, etc.
· At the time of your booking, you can add on a strip resort fee. It is required for all events on the strip or downtown. If booking an event at a casino, you must have a hotel suite or conference room. Standard hotel rooms are too small, and will not work.
· If you are considering decorations, search Amazon for “pig themed party decorations”. There are tons of super cute ideas – decorations, tableware packages, party hats, small gifts, stickers, piñatas, and about a million other things.
